For Physical Items from Our Online Store
We are happy to offer a return policy for exchange (for example in the case of colour or size issues), not refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which can include communicating through the email address used for the order.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs and customs duties. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Postal charges on returns are non-refundable and any exchanges will incur additional postage charges.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Unfortunately, sometimes things do get dropped in transit, and for ceramics and glass this is because many postage services do not actually offer a fragile service. To account for this we take special care to pack your items very well, with many layers of padding and often boxes-in-boxes to keep everything safe. Many online sellers have learned to deal with postage service limitations (especially Australia Post) and we are no different!
In the rare case that your items are broken or incorrect for your order when they arrive, please take a photo and email to us with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible to organise a refund for items that are broken to the point that they cannot perform their intended purpose (for example a plate being broken in half), or items that were not correctly included in your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
