Car hire
Let us handle booking a rental car for your tour, so all you need to do is pick it up from one of our closest Shinkansen stations at the start of your tour.
The best way to explore our area and get the most freedom is by hiring a car, and you can enjoy our beautiful winding mountain roads!

The booking process starts by getting in touch through the contact form above, or through our general Make a Booking page. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can - we handle all booking enquiries personally!
Package tour bookings are made in 3 steps:
- Consultation
- Requesting the tour
- Deposit and contract

Custom-order package tour prices
The price for a custom-order package tour includes the costs for the services (e.g. accommodation, experiences) in the itinerary, and our planning fee of 15% of the total travel costs. We show a breakdown of prices in the planning document sent before a group requests a tour.
What's included in a package tour?
Package tour itineraries and the package tour price can include:
- All accommodation for your time in the area
- Car hire from nearby cities
- Experiences in the area
- Guided tours with us
- Restaurant bookings (when available), etc.
We cannot include the following in our package tours and package tour price:
- Petrol
- Public transport (within our area and outside our area)
- Services outside of our local travel agency area (our area is: Shinshiro, Hamamatsu, Toyohashi, Toyokawa, Okazaki, Toyota, Shitara, Toei)
